Would you like to own a Tuscan villa for less than the price of a night out?
This may sound too good to be true, but it isn’t.
A fully furnished four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa with its own private swimming pool and garden is being raffled, with money raised supporting children’s charities. Tickets are going for just £25.
The villa is located in the beautiful area of Garfagnana, a little over an hours’ drive away from Pisa airport. The winner of the raffle gets the house, transfer taxes, legal fees and even flights to Italy to enjoy their new home.
Jon and Annmarie Nurse from Dorset are the pair who are raffling the property. Mr Nurse said: “Nurse said: “This could be a truly life-changing opportunity to have your very own Tuscan retreat with a beautiful private pool – and it’s yours to do what you want with it. You can live it in and enjoy it – imagine sitting in a nearby piazza sipping an Aperol and sampling the amazing food you get in the traditional restaurants. Alternatively, you could rent this home out as a holiday home, or even sell it to give you a great nest egg.”
Thus far, over €80,000 has been raised for two charities that support vulnerable children – The Children’s Society & Braccio di Ferro. Tickets are for sale on www.winahouseinitaly.com and a winner of the draw will be chosen on January 22, 2022.
