Intellexa and founder, Tal Dilian, provide Data-Driven Information Architecture for modern law enforcement agencies and government security institutions.

Modern law enforcement agencies and security institutions face many new and emerging challenges. According to Intellexa founder, Tal Dilian, a central challenge that has emerged in recent years has been keeping up with the pace of innovation required to successfully carry out tasks vital to maintaining the status quo of community safety and security.

As law enforcement agencies innovate, so too do the criminals they chase and thus, security agencies and institutions find themselves in a race wherein they have everything to lose whilst adversaries have far too much to gain.

Part of the difficulty for modernized law enforcement agencies is the constantly developing complexity of organizational structures that often must employ technological solutions that are at best inflexible. This is where having an effective information architecture that is data-driven can be crucial in maintaining the upper hand.

The makings of strong data-driven architecture

To understand why data-driven information architecture as an investigation platform can significantly help institutions to be effective, the components of such an architecture must be understood. Flexibility is key when operating system architecture to allow for an appropriate response to constantly changing factors external to the architecture itself.

A second crucial factor is creating a secure foundation upon which to operate the system, one that allows for uncomplicated accessibility and auditing of the system itself.

Lastly, the system architecture should be a multi-dimensional tool, one that helps to accelerate and maximize the efficiency of decision making leading to higher efficiency when dealing with malicious actors. Intellexa, led by founder Tal Dilian, aims to equip law enforcement agencies with intelligence solutions backed by strong, actionable data-driven insights.

Intellexa’s data-driven information intelligence solutions

Based in Greece but with additional sites being developed around the world, Intellexa is an international company that has established itself as a key global player in the industry with a worldwide network of clients. Intellexa places its focus on the operation of an informational architecture that is data-driven, harnessing the harmonious cooperation that can be created when pairing optimized intelligence posture with human insight.

Intellexa was founded by industry veteran Tal Dilian and a group of friends who have combined decades of experience in the field.

The venture comes from their identified need to break the organizational silo (often arising from technical constraints and massive amounts of data) to put a complete intelligence picture together.

Without a data-centric approach, many organizations will likely face hardship in transforming their intelligence into one that is actionable in a relevant time frame. A situation that could arise from this is being a crucial step behind constantly evolving threat actors, compromising both the physical and digital security of organizations and people.

A holistic approach to data – Intellexa combines data with crucial insights

The generation or acquisition of data remains only the first part of the equation. For the most part, organizations, security institutions and militaries are faced with large amounts of siloed data. As a result of the immense amounts of data generated through the routine use of modern technology, the process of creating meaningful insights and effective intelligence from data has become a painful one.

Furthermore, the intelligence collected is normally disjointed and requires context for it to be useful in providing law enforcement agencies with incriminating evidence enabling them to win the digital race against criminals or malicious actors around the world.

The ultimate objective of Intellexa is to provide holistic information about potential or real-time events taking place in the digital or physical space that may endanger the security of civilians. Intellexa has proven itself to be a leader in solving these challenges.  It does so also through the integration of third-party data and other platforms developed for intelligence in synchronization with its own unique data-driven information architecture.

The data-centric approaches employed in these cases have shown the flexibility and problem solving of such systems and proven that these information architectures are capable of not only fighting against criminals but also for the safety of everyday civilians. These systems have shifted from luxury to absolutely necessary in the past decade if modern institutions are to defend themselves efficiently and win the digital race.
