The payroll software company behind the lauded MegaPay platform is up for half a dozen accolades at the upcoming CIPP awards ceremony

Intelligo – the creator of acclaimed payroll platform MegaPay – is up for six awards at the upcoming 2021 Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) awards ceremony.

The payroll software specialist has been shortlisted in half a dozen categories at the Annual Excellence Awards – including Payroll Service Provider of the Year; Software Product of the Year and best In-house Payroll Team.

Intelligo will also compete for a Wellbeing and Employee Engagement award, a CIPP Bright Beginnings Award, and the Best Coronavirus (COVID-19) Crisis Response Award.

The winners will be revealed on October 7.

Intelligo – whose MegaPay platform is the recipient of multiple accolades – has received praise for providing services that have supported payroll firms and departments during the challenges of the pandemic.

Offering on-cloud, on-premises and outsourced solutions for the UK and Ireland, Intelligo has continued to expand its client base by working with a wide variety of industries requiring payroll, including health, retail, construction, food, IT, and medical tech.

Intelligo Software co-founder and director Padraig Gill said it was an “incredible honour” to be shortlisted in six categories by the CIPP – describing the Institute as a body that works “incredibly hard to develop the profession and support individual payroll professionals.”

Gill added: “Despite the incredibly complex challenge the pandemic has thrown at us, as an organisation we have risen to [it] to make sure everything we did meant business as usual for our clients.

“I’m extremely proud of our people who not only pivoted to home working within a week, but doubled-down on the customer service values we live by and increased our client base even as we retained all of our existing clients.”

“The hard work and dedication of our cloud, on-premises and outsourced teams behind this phenomenal recognition deserve special mention. Let’s hope their efforts are recognised further still with a couple of award wins! I’d also like to extend our congratulations to other CIPP Annual Excellence Awards finalists and wish them the best of luck on the night.”

About Intelligo

Padraig Gill and John Kellegher set up Intelligo in 1996; creating platforms that would not only accommodate the most demanding and complex payroll requirements but simplify them.

The firm has been lauded for its award-winning payroll platform MegaPay; launching MegaPay Outsourced when firms sought managed partners following the global financial crisis.

Businesses find themselves in difficult territory amid the pandemic – and Intelligo is weighing in to offer vital support with payroll solutions that are on-cloud, on-premises and outsourced.

With Intelligo’s software behind them, firms can resolve payroll problems in their own way – quickly, effectively and compliantly.
