The smart home appliance provider Redroad was founded in 2017 by a group of experts who have worked for over 10 years in home appliance product R&D and design.

Redroad positions itself as a provider of ‘nice and neat way of living’. With user-oriented mentality, visionary insights into customer lifestyle, extraordinary design and R&D capacity, and pursuit of quality, Redroad has never ceased to provide ‘artsy appliance’ that’s exquisite, sleek, quality built and user-friendly.

Redroad has grown to be a promising player from a rookie brand merely several years ago, and gained the favor of customers across more than 10 countries. It has sold 3.5 million items worldwide including appliances for home cleaning, kitchen, beauty & personal care, home security and outdoor portables.

In September, Redroad will release V17 cordless stick vacuum cleaner in your country (Germany, US, Russia, etc.). As a great success in Japan and the rest of Asia, Redroad takes its experience and advanced technologies into this ‘attractive, powerful, and protective of the family’ vacuum cleaner, and brings comfy and clean home environment to the whole world.

Visionary insight into customer needs

Redroad has visionary insight into customer needs, and invests heavily in developing technologies to meet such needs. For example, Redroad developed the Mandala Noise Reduction System 5.0 for a quiet and pleasant user experience with its handheld vacuum cleaners. The system not only keeps the noise down to 65dB (while it’s normally 75-85dB for most other models), but also converts the frequency of sharp nail-on-chalkboard noise to outside of human hearing range. Currently, it’s the world’s most advanced noise reduction technology in this field.

The outlet filtration of Redroad vacuum cleaner is also optimized. By improving the airflow through the current 12-cone cyclone separation system and adding more filters, it now captures 99.97% dust down to 0.1μm (comparing with 0.3μm of other models). This technology reduces the workload of HEPA filters and extends their service lifetime, and more importantly, it keeps the household safe from secondary air pollution. As a results, the out-flowing air of Redroad vacuum cleaner is hospital-grade clean. It’s safe for people with rhinitis, asthma and other chronic respiratory diseases, and especially perfect for families with kids.

Redroad has also made major breakthrough in core technologies and parts including motor and control circuit.

Quality production for quality life

‘Redroad made equals quality production’ is an agreed fact in the industry. The Redroad standard can be seen from choosing material, production process and molds, to the assembly and quality tests.

Mold is the mother of industrious production. The precision of a mold is the most fundamental factor that determines the precision of the parts. Redroad invests two or three times of what others would spend on ultra-high precision machine tool. Commonly accepted error of mold precision is within 30μm, but Redroad insists that the deviation be kept within 10μm even though it costs millions of dollars each time. The difference may not be significant for bare eyes, but it ensures smoother match of different parts (which reduces resonance) and perfect seal that lasts for up to 10 years.

Redroad’s nearly obsessive pursuit of high quality and advanced process is perfected demonstrated by the upcoming low-noise stick vacuum cleaner V17. The coating of V17 alone took more than 200 experiments with top-notch paint from PPG and Musashi.

With the best material, finest process, and most sophisticated tests, Redroad offers one best-seller after another.

Quality products favored in the market

In 2018, Redroad noticed the lack of portable cleaning tools for outdoors and developed the handy mini car vacuum. Addressing customer’s keen needs, the mini vacuum sold half a million copies in Japan within six months. It was even called the ‘next milestone after Walkman’. During the three consecutive years listed on NetEase Yeation, China’s famous quality pick e-commerce platform, the mini vacuum kept the record of zero complaints.

To provide ‘max cleaning power’, Redroad developed ZERO cordless stick vacuum cleaner. Despite the compact design, ZERO has a 550W rated power and optimized air duct, and hence stronger cleaning performance than its contenders. It’s favored by Eastern European families, and the sales hit a whopping 350 thousand within 4 months since the debut. ZERO is now collected in the Museum of Modern Industrial Art.

The user-oriented mentality and steps-ahead insight sparks innovation. As a result, Redroad products not only satisfies what consumers expect, but also offers wowing surprise features. The list of such Redroad products goes on and on.

With sophisticated development procedure (consumer-oriented design, quality build) and competitive core strength (motor, circuit control tech, product design patents), Redroad stays true to the vision to provide a nice and neat way of living.
