Health Hub Leading The Way With Innovative Food Intolerance Testing

As humans adapt, we’ve found ourselves in situations where our gut and general health system struggles with certain foods. You probably know of loads of people who’ve had some sort of food allergy or food intolerance.

A common one you may have heard of is gluten intolerance. If you or someone you know is going through the pain of bad foods reactions, we recommend identifying the problem foods by taking the tests offered by the Health Hub.

What is food intolerance, and what can you do about it?

Food intolerance is a state in which one feels difficulty digesting certain foods. These undigested foods sometimes lead to unpleasant physical reactions.

Food intolerance causes symptoms such as tummy pain and bloating. These symptoms usually appear after a few hours of food intake.

What to do now?

If you experience these food intolerance symptoms, you are recommended to take simple tests offered by the Health Hub. Their food intolerance test measures IgG4 tolerances concentrations in blood for many different foods. In this way, you will be able to identify the potential problems.

What is a food allergy, and what can you do about it?

A state in which the body’s immune system reacts abnormally to certain foods is called food allergy. These allergic reactions vary from mild to very serious sometimes.

Symptoms of Food Allergies

Food allergy causes different symptoms that may vary from person to person. These symptoms include face swelling, itching or tingling in the mouth, and a raised or itchy red rash on the skin.

What to do now?

If you experience food allergy symptoms, don’t hesitate to take the comprehensive food allergy test offered by the Health Hub. This test covers about 38 foods, and the results are delivered within 3 to 5 days of taking the test.

What is a food reaction, and what can you do about it?

When you experience symptoms after food intake, you are not sure whether it’s a food allergy or intolerance. It is better to go for a test in such a state.

What to do now?

The food reaction test offered by the Health Hub checks comprehensively for food allergy and food intolerance reactions. It measures IgE and IgG4 and total IgE antibody levels against many foods.

What is the procedure for taking tests?

1.    Take your test

After the selection of a test, it is delivered directly to your door. After taking the test, simply send it back to the Health Hub.

2.    Results delivery

This test will be analyzed by one of our accredited labs, and results will be prepared. The Health Hub will securely deliver the results within days.

3.    Progress Tracking

You can access results anytime, anywhere, right in your hands. The report breaks down the results of the test.
