Small businesses are constantly on the outlook for competitive advantages over their bigger, more established rivals.

However, SMEs are often held back by delivery issues that bigger businesses don’t have to deal with. Many of these issues come from deliveries, with an inability to track, deploy and generally be efficient with both drivers and customers a clear problem.

Detrack Systems has designed an integrated software solution that can help businesses with this issue. Their easily downloadable app allows businesses to track drivers, gain proof of delivery and be more efficient with how they dispatch delivery units. In other words, it gives small businesses some of the benefits that larger scale operations are already enjoying.

The app can be used from any Android or Apple smartphone and packages start at $20 per driver per month. Detrack Systems released a statement discussing the competitive advantages it offers.

It read: “Not only is Detrack’s delivery intuitive software beneficial to small businesses, but it is also easy to use for drivers. The app-based software is foolproof, even for non-tech-savvy drivers. It was specifically designed to require minimal interaction from them. Also, submitting proof of delivery (POD) only entails tapping a few buttons.

“On top of all these features, small businesses can also rely on Detrack Systems’ top-notch tech support team to make the software work for them.”
