We are a leading real estate development company operating out of Dubai. By utilizing a customer-centric approach, we take pride in providing our clients with affordable, luxury real estate. How did you enter the business landscape?
I essentially recognized a gap in the marketplace. Quality apartments came at a very high price, and anything affordable was below standard. In 2014, my partners and I established Ellington Group Properties, LLC with the intention of introducing boutique properties to the real estate sector of Dubai. Our primary goal is to provide our clients with some of the finest properties in the city at a reasonable price.

I would have to say our unwavering commitment and attention to detail. As a customer-centric business we listen carefully to the needs and wants of our clients. At Ellington Properties, we select the most prestigious addresses in the city. Our properties are located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Village Circle.

I love that my partners and I are changing the real estate landscape in Dubai. We are making luxury affordable through our commitment to innovative architecture and design. How important is design?
We are considered a boutique development company, meaning we provide highly specialized services to our clients. We focus on only several projects at a time, so we can completely customize a space to an individual’s personal style and taste.
What are you most proud of?
I am so proud of just how far we have come in the last seven years. Having begun my professional career in the financial sector, I never thought that I would also be running a highly successful development company. I am so thankful for everything that we have accomplished. As a recognized industry leader, we have received numerous accolades in celebration of our quality and service. This year we were recognized by the International Property Awards for several of our projects including, Best Residential Development – Wilton Park Residences and Best Bathroom Design – Master bathroom in Wilton Park Residences, to name a few.
Any thoughts on the future of your company and your dreams?
My partners and I, while we are thrilled by what we have accomplished so far, definitely have plans to expand globally. We take pride in the mark we have made in Dubai, but are excited for our future opportunities as well.
