Appleton Greene & Co. has announced the launch of its new corporate training program, ‘Team Accountability’, led by Certified Learning Provider (CLP) Mr. Teschner.
A highly decorated graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Air University, and the National War College, Mr. Teschner is also a distinguished graduate and former F-15 instructor at the USAF Weapons School. With over 20 years of experience in leading high-performance, high-reliability organisations, Mr. Teschner brings a wealth of knowledge to the program.
The program is designed to help organisations implement system-wide accountability, particularly in the face of rapid change. Participants will learn from high-performing military teams to develop processes and methodologies that focus on human interactions and embrace improvement and team learning.
The course will cover topics such as leadership, accountability and dealing with complexity in VUCA environments. It will be centred around the ‘Debrief-Focused Approach’, which encourages a positive, forward-focused approach to teaming, continuous improvement and team learning.
