TEOCO, a leading provider of analytics, assurance, planning, and optimisation solutions for communication service providers (CSPs) worldwide, has introduced further automation capabilities in the latest release of its ASSET Suite. The ASSET 2023 Q2 release brings advancements in automation, usability, and integration, empowering mobile operators to streamline network planning processes and share design key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organisation.

One of the notable additions in this release is the ASSET 365 Predictions module, which fully automates the generation of antenna-specific RF pathloss. This time-consuming task in network planning can now be automated, allowing operators to access up-to-date prediction data whenever they require output maps or advanced network simulations. Leveraging ASSET’s Open API based architecture, ASSET 365 delivers an intelligent, self-healing, and load-balancing system that operates effectively at scale.

Additionally, the ASSET Evo module enables operators to extend the availability of network planning KPIs and project data beyond the planning teams. With a simplified and intuitive web interface, the latest network design KPI insights can be easily accessed by various departments within the organisation, including marketing and customer service teams.

Nishita Hathi, Product Director at TEOCO, highlighted the significance of the ASSET 2023 Q2 release in digitally transforming radio planning organisations. By automating tasks such as pathloss predictions, network coverage map updates become more efficient, saving valuable time. The web interface ensures that relevant teams have instant access to the network design KPI information they require.

Furthermore, the ASSET 2023 Q2 release introduces the ability to design LTE and 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) networks and identify specific cell sites contributing to electromagnetic interference. Other modules, including ASSET GEO and ASSET Simulator, have also received updates to enhance their functionality.

To learn more about the ASSET 2023 Q2 release, interested parties can watch the informational video provided by TEOCO or visit the company’s website.
