Leading technology company, Azeus, has launched their new state-of-the-art software Convene in Teams.
The exciting new product allows directors and administrators to take advantage of Convene’s board management features within MS Teams. It eliminates the hassle of switching between applications and lets MS Teams users enhance their meetings.
Due to the pandemic, working from home has become the norm. Microsoft Teams is a powerful tool that improves remote collaboration and productivity. Convene in Teams is designed primarily for existing Microsoft users that are looking for more advanced capabilities. It embeds the web-based version of Convene within MS Teams.
The software has additional functionalities such as Active Directory integration. It allows AD users to use single sign-on (SSO) access to Convene and grant guest access.
There is also SharePoint integration. It is for all meetings, review rooms, and resolution files and has SharePoint’s encryption and access control.
Reflect changes to files automatically through two-way sync with live-editing of files. If the user has the rights, they can update board books or minutes.
The exchange integration feature allows boards to manage schedules using RSVP. Changes and responses to invites are reflected instantly on both platforms.
