Parkopedia and Mercedes-Benz have announced the expansion of their connected car services partnership, with the global parking service provider now providing its in-car parking reservations and payment services to Mercedes-Benz models across North America and 14 European countries.
Through the automaker’s ‘MBUX’ infotainment system, drivers can access Parkopedia’s market-leading on- and off-street parking data, dynamic availability predictions and in-car transactions, enabling them to easily find, reserve and navigate to suitable parking locations, as well as pay for their parking from the comfort of their vehicle.
The companies have had a long-standing relationship since 2018, with the latest roll-out of services forming part of the automaker’s market-leading ‘digital experience’ to offer its drivers personalised in-car services and top-end luxury.
Markus Dohl, VP of Sales & Business Development Europe at Parkopedia, said: “We are pleased to be building upon our successful global partnership with Mercedes-Benz further with the latest roll-out of desirable connected parking services into North America and expanding our coverage in Europe.”
Parkopedia is the leading connected car services provider used by automakers, organisations and millions of drivers around the world, helping them to find and pay for parking, EV charging, fuel and tolls across 90 countries.
