NCM Auctions, an auction and asset management company based in South Yorkshire, is pioneering a sustainable way to repurpose items from the old Debenhams and Next stores in Midsummer Place, Milton Keynes, paving the path for new retail and leisure ventures. The erstwhile three-storey location, once home to Debenhams and Next Beauty & Home, has been vacant since Next’s departure in May.
